No, we do not need to use your power. We arrive with quiet generators that provide power throughout the detail. If you prefer we not use the generators due to noise (they genuinely are quiet), you may request that we plug into your electrical outlets.

Yes, We have a maintenance program. To be eligible for the maintenance program, you must receive one of our detail services as an initial detail. Some exceptions are made, such as vehicles that are in excellent shape or brand new; however, we have seen newer cars that need a more thorough detail to get started.

More information will be provided during your initial detail. 

When you book your appointment, we will charge you 20% of the expected total as a deposit for your service. This deposit shows us you are serious about your appointment, and we can allocate the resources to provide exceptional service. When your service is complete, we will collect the remaining balance onsite before leaving.

Deposits are fully refundable if the appointment is canceled with more than 48hours notice from the start of your appointment. Less than 48hours notice to cancel or move an appointment will result in forfeiting the deposit. See our Terms & Conditions for more information on cancellations.

The length of time it takes to complete a detail varies greatly. Factors such as vehicle size, condition, package selected, and any À La Carte chosen items will affect the time needed. As a baseline, our interior and exterior packages usually take 2 -4 hours each. The combination service can start at about 3.5 hours and will likely take longer.
