The vehicle’s condition significantly impacts the price and time needed to complete the detail. Because we aim to exceed your expectations, we must understand the scope of the job. For this reason, we ask you to report all concerns you would like corrected with the detail service. While not as critical, reporting condition issues you do not want to be corrected is also helpful. Feel free to tell us if you have something you are aware of but do not want to address it at this time.

While it would have to get pretty bad, We reserve the right to cancel an appointment if the vehicle condition is much worse than described. You will forfeit your deposit if we cancel your appointment due to misrepresenting the vehicle’s condition. A new deposit is required to create a new appointment.

We can’t wait to get started on your vehicle, and I am sure you are excited to get it back in excellent shape. You can do a few things to ensure your car is ready for us and your experience is exceptional.

Please have the vehicle ready by our appointment time. Please park your car in an area large enough to fit our full-size truck and about 3 feet around your car. The 3 feet around your vehicle is our working space. We have power and water. We also have shade if needed.

We ask that you remove all your personal belongings from the vehicle so we can focus on providing top-notch detailing services. Items left on the floorboards may get vacuumed up or discarded as trash. If we have to move items around, stack them on the ground, or find temporary homes for objects, as we detail, it takes time, and we will charge for it.

Our guarantee is simple: We are not satisfied until our customers are!

If you are not thrilled with the service you received, we need to hear about it. We will work with you to find an appropriate resolution for your concern.

This Satisfaction guarantee does not apply if the lack of satisfaction relates to items not part of the service performed or if a recommendation was made but declined.

We take a deposit to ensure you are serious about the appointment, and so we can allocate the proper resources to provide exceptional service. Your deposit goes toward the total service. 

Payment is due on delivery of a completed detail. When we complete your vehicle, you will pay for the balance owed (total service – deposit). We accept all major credit cards processed through Stripe. We also accept Apple Pay, Zelle, PayPal, and Cash.

Weather can sometimes be a variable that is not so predictable. When the chance of rain is above 30% in the coverage area, we would like to involve you in the decision. We can proceed in some instances with drizzle and light rain; however, the result is not as thrilling as when it is out in full sun. We want you to get the full value of the service, so for this reason, we can make last-minute changes to the schedule as needed while retaining your deposit. If the forecast calls for thunderstorms or severe weather, we will reschedule with you and carry over your deposit.

In short, if the weather is iffy, we are flexible and will work with you.

Because we are a small business, cancellations have a significant impact. We require at least 48 hours notice from the start of your appointment for a cancellation. If you cancel on us with less than 48 hours notice, you will forfeit your deposit.

In the unlikely event we need to cancel on you, except for cause (see Representing Vehicle Condition), we will do our best to get you back on the schedule as soon as possible and work around your availability to the best of our ability. Of course, there would be no effect on your deposit, and we may even find a way to enhance your detail as a thank you.
